Great facilities and a tasty and enjoyable breakfast with food sourced from a local farm and thin sliced toast, as example. Location really close to main attractions, the local pub, and the train station and bus stop for st Ives.

The lodge offers a lovely stay with beautiful gardens and clean, comfortable rooms, although the absence of a communal lounge made hanging out a bit tricky. Breakfast was fantastic, and the hosts were welcoming, enhancing our experience overall.

Rooms feature elegant decor and are impeccably clean. Free parking available on-site. A bus-stop just three minutes away for easy access to local attractions.
The hot water system took a bit of getting used to. Instructions would be handy for adjusting the temperature. No communal lounge, which might limit hangout space for some guests. There's a cozy conservatory for a more private experience. The bed could be too soft for those who prefer firmer support.

The hosts were cute, and the garden provided a great play area for my daughter. Breakfast was excellent. The full Cornish was delicious, and they even made pancakes on request. One minor downside was the limited parking options in the area, which could be a hassle during peak times.

great breakfast but room could use a refresh
The breakfast choice was excellent and perfectly cooked! There was plenty of parking, a bonus for our stay.
The room felt a bit dated.

The garden was a hit with the kids, and I loved enjoying breakfast on the terrace. The quality of the food was fantastic, especially the locally sourced options!
In my wife's opinion, a play area would be great for the kids.

Super cozy stay
The owners were super friendly. The breakfast room was adorable, and the food was delish. Only thing was, the bathroom had just a bath, no shower, so that was a bit tricky with the kids. Still, we'd def recommend it!

Our time here was lovely. the comfy room with tea and shortbread treats made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden after a day of exploring, soaking up the fresh air. The only hiccup was that we noticed some minor wear in the bathroom, but it didn't ruin our overall experience. 🌸

Excellent service .
I can't believe the room was so uncomfortable. There was no seating to watch TV. The bathroom was cramped for us seniors.

The beautiful decorations in our room created a cozy atmosphere. The hosts were helpful, even mailing back a forgotten item after our stay.
There was some noise from the surrounding area, a bit distracting at times.
